Our engineering team and factories can handle the entire process: design, steel frame fabrication, wood bending and pressing, upholstery, packaging, and international shipping.

Does Minh Duc export its products?

Yes. We export to many international markets such as Europe, the USA, Japan, Australia, and the Middle East, offering competitive prices and international-quality standards.

What is the usual production and delivery time?

Small orders: 2–4 weeks
Large orders (container shipments): 6–8 weeks (depending on model and customization). We always strive to meet the committed schedule for port delivery.

What is Minh Duc’s warranty policy?

All products come with a 12–24 month warranty, depending on the product line. In addition, we provide after-sales services such as spare parts replacement, powder coating touch-ups, and maintenance upon request.

Can Minh Duc produce customized products?

Yes. We accept:

What are the payment methods?

For international clients: T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit)
For domestic clients: As agreed in the contract (deposit – progress payment – final payment upon delivery)
